"I had a wonderful experience! I loved the cacao ceremony and releasing the lantern and the breathwork beforehand added a lot to the weekend. Was such a joy to come and meet all of you. The breathwork immediately before ceremony was perfect and grounding, great way to launch into the headspace! Cacao was new to me and I really enjoyed. Rapé not so much, but as someone said, “it was an experience”! Yoga was a good touch too. I’ve never done any of those things at previous retreats. Keep doing the lord’s work!
